"Cut my insurance off without any warning at all. Had a "payment reminder" courtesy call in which they reminded me of my payment being due but completely failed to mention anything about a cancelation. Completely unacceptable. I use my car for work, its my job and I've been driving with insurance for 5 days unbeknownst to me. Furious. And completely disappointed in this office considering I recommend you guys to everyone. Paying my bill so that I can be Insured while I look for another insurance company."

"This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever gotten. The owner of the place went as far as to tell me that I had to look at him in his eyes while I was speaking, touching my personal belonging and sliding them accross the table, and to top off called the police because they took my money and did not want to return it. Today makes three weeks that I’m waiting for my $400 and haven’t seen anything but a $19 check. The owner of this establishment was very rude and disrespectful."
